FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Orders of smaller sculptures will be dispatched within 7-12 working days of recipt of order. Some of the larger sculptures are made to order, so could take up to 30 working days, however during peak times of year this can vary. Orders are dispatched on a next working day tracked delivery to your address of choice.
and in unmarked packing if requested for gifts.

Special events If you have a special event coming up such as a birthday, wedding or anniversary, which you will need the sculpture or sculptures for please let us know before placing the order. We can then advise as to if the sculpture will be completed in time as sculpting times do vary thorough the year due to sculpting demand and climate conditions such as winter or summer.

Materials used; The sculptures are created using a variety of different clays, depending on their size and finish,
smaller pieces are created in smoother clays, the larger ones are built in crank material; A more structurally strong clay.
All pieces are fired above 1200 degrees centigrade (creating a hight fired vitrified ceramic), and post-firing, certain works have colours, glass eyes and cast pewter metal legs inserted to finish.

Returns If you are unhappy with your goods and wish to return the product. Please do so within a week of purchasing or receipt of goods, and email us proof of dispatch or tracking number.
We can however NOT accept returns of broken or damaged goods 24 hours after receipt. If your product is damaged upon receiving it, please get in touch straight away, and we will attempt to rectify the situation with you. Alternatively if it is an old product that was purchased a while ago, then subsequently damaged, please get in touch, and we can see if we can repair it. There is usually a postage and repair fee associated with this.

Payment methods payments can be made via the website with a BACS payment or through PayPal.
However please understand that orders will not be dispatched until payment is made in full, unless otherwise specified. Or alternativley come and visit us at one of the many shows we exhibit at in the UK.

Bespoke projects and commisions We can undertake any sculpture that is not listed in our catalogue.
You can immortalise a favourite pet in clay, we can work from photos to get a realistic likeness.

Repairing sculptures, many of our customers treasure our sculptures for years in and outside in the garden however from time-to-time accidents do happen whether it be from pets, children, dusting or even the dreaded garden strimmer, they can get broken.

However, in many cases they can be repaired to take up position in your home and garden once again. We offer a ranging of different repair options and associated prices but please always get in contact with us first so we can advise you on the best course of action.
